ReBuilt is a health, fitness, nutrition, workout, and progress tracking application operated by Nelson Tech LLC.

References in this Privacy Policy to “ReBuilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to ReBuilt and Nelson Tech LLC.

2. United States-Only Service

ReBuilt is currently offered only to residents of the United States who are accessing the service from within the United States.

We may use account information, billing information, network information, IP address information, or other reasonable methods to help determine whether ReBuilt is being accessed from a supported location.

ReBuilt is not currently offered for account creation or use by residents of other countries or by persons accessing the service from outside the United States.

When you create or maintain a ReBuilt account, we may collect:

• Saved foods and barcode-related food information
• Workout routines and exercise activity

Some of this information may be sensitive health-related information. You control what information you choose to enter into ReBuilt.

ReBuilt Coach Information

If you use ReBuilt Coach, we may process information you submit directly to the Coach together with relevant ReBuilt data needed to provide a useful response.

Depending on the request, this may include information such as recent nutrition activity, workouts, recovery activity, goals, progress, weight information, or other context available through your ReBuilt account.

ReBuilt Coach is an AI-powered feature. Information reasonably necessary to generate a response may be processed by a third-party artificial intelligence service provider.

Technical and Network Information

When you access ReBuilt, we or our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Operating system
• Approximate location derived from network information
• Request and error logs
• Login and authentication activity

ReBuilt Coach may use artificial intelligence to generate general fitness, nutrition, wellness, motivation, recovery, habit, and progress-related suggestions.

When you use ReBuilt Coach, relevant information may be sent to an artificial intelligence service provider in order to generate a response.

We seek to limit information sent for this purpose to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.

6. Service Providers

ReBuilt relies on third-party service providers to operate parts of the website and application.

We use this information primarily to provide the ReBuilt features you choose to use.

We do not intend to use private health and fitness information entered into ReBuilt for unrelated advertising purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information stored through ReBuilt.

These measures may include authenticated access, access controls, secure communications, database protections, infrastructure safeguards, and other reasonable security practices.

However, no internet-connected service, computer system, or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for protecting access to devices you use to access ReBuilt.

11. Data Retention

We generally retain account information and user-created data while your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide ReBuilt.

Certain technical, security, backup, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained for additional periods when reasonably necessary.

Subject to legal, security, backup, transaction, fraud-prevention, and technical requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment disputes, legal obligations, or the defense of legal claims.

ReBuilt does not require precise GPS location information as part of its ordinary health, food, workout, or progress tracking features.

We may receive approximate geographic information derived from an IP address or network connection for security and enforcement of ReBuilt's United States-only availability.

If ReBuilt introduces a feature in the future that requires precise device location, the feature will request appropriate device or browser permission before accessing that information.

The fact that a service provider processes data outside your state does not mean ReBuilt is being offered outside the United States.
