1. Agreement to These Terms

ReBuilt is operated by Nelson Tech LLC. By creating an account, accessing ReBuilt, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account or use ReBuilt.

2. What ReBuilt Provides

ReBuilt is a personal health, fitness, nutrition, workout, and progress tracking application.

Features may include food logging, nutrition tracking, body weight and measurement tracking, workout planning and logging, workout history, recovery tracking, progress history, ReBuilt Coach, and other tools added over time.

Features may be added, modified, improved, reorganized, replaced, or discontinued as ReBuilt develops.

3. ReBuilt Is Not Medical Care

ReBuilt is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, physical therapy, dietetic care, medication management, or individualized medical advice.

Information available through ReBuilt, including information generated by ReBuilt Coach, is intended only for general informational, fitness, nutrition, wellness, motivational, and educational purposes.

Before beginning, changing, increasing, or substantially altering any exercise, workout, nutrition, or weight-loss program, consult your personal physician or another qualified healthcare professional.

This is especially important if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, are recovering from surgery or another medical procedure, take medication, have been advised to limit physical activity, or have concerns about your health.

Your use of ReBuilt is also subject to our Health & Medical Disclaimer .

4. ReBuilt Coach

ReBuilt Coach is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide general suggestions and guidance based on information available within ReBuilt and information you choose to provide.

ReBuilt Coach may make mistakes, misunderstand information, overlook relevant circumstances, or produce incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses.

ReBuilt Coach does not have independent access to your complete medical history, current physical condition, medications, pregnancy status, injuries, limitations, laboratory results, or other relevant circumstances unless information is provided to ReBuilt, and even information you provide may be incomplete or misunderstood.

ReBuilt Coach suggestions are not medical advice and must not be treated as instructions from a physician, dietitian, physical therapist, pharmacist, nurse, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to follow, modify, ignore, or seek professional advice regarding any suggestion provided by ReBuilt Coach.

By choosing to act on a ReBuilt Coach suggestion, you accept the risks associated with that decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReBuilt and Nelson Tech LLC are not responsible or liable for injury, illness, worsening of a medical condition, property damage, financial loss, or other harm resulting from your decision to rely on or act upon a ReBuilt Coach suggestion.

5. United States-Only Availability

ReBuilt is currently offered only to residents of the United States who are accessing the service from within the United States.

By creating or using a ReBuilt account, you represent and confirm that you are a resident of the United States and are accessing ReBuilt from within the United States.

ReBuilt is not currently offered for use by residents of other countries or by persons accessing the service from outside the United States.

We may use account information, billing information, network information, or other reasonable methods to enforce geographic availability restrictions.

You may not intentionally circumvent geographic restrictions, including through the use of a VPN, proxy service, false billing information, false residency information, or other means intended to disguise your actual location.

6. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create or use a ReBuilt account.

ReBuilt is not currently intended for independent use by children or minors.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account and to keep relevant account information reasonably current.

You may not provide false information about your age, residency, location, identity, or billing country in order to obtain access to ReBuilt.

You may not share credentials in a way that allows unauthorized users to access your account.

8. Your Information and Content

You retain ownership of information and content you enter into ReBuilt.

By using ReBuilt, you give us permission to process, store, display, analyze, and transmit that information as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service and the features you choose to use.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy .

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ReBuilt for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of ReBuilt
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or automatically exploit the service
• Use ReBuilt to violate another person's rights
• Provide false age, residency, location, identity, or billing information
• Circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Misrepresent ReBuilt Coach output as professional medical advice
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law

10. Third-Party Services

ReBuilt may depend on third-party providers for application hosting, website hosting, authentication, database services, artificial intelligence, payment processing, email, nutrition information, video links, or other functions.

Those third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and security practices.

ReBuilt and Nelson Tech LLC are not responsible for independent third-party services or content they operate.

11. Third-Party Information and External Content

ReBuilt may display or link to information from external sources, including food databases, manufacturer information, websites, videos, and other third-party resources.

We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, current, safe, or appropriate for your individual circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating third-party content before relying upon it.

12. Subscriptions and Payments

Some ReBuilt features may require a paid subscription.

Prices, billing frequency, promotional terms, free-trial terms, renewal terms, and other purchase details will be disclosed before you complete a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions are also governed by our Subscription & Cancellation Policy .

ReBuilt may require a United States billing address or payment method associated with the United States as part of its U.S.-only availability policy.

13. Intellectual Property

ReBuilt, its software, design, branding, graphics, interface, documentation, original text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nelson Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ReBuilt or its intellectual property to you.

14. Availability and Changes

We work to keep ReBuilt available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

Maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party outages, internet problems, security events, hardware failures, or other circumstances may temporarily interrupt access.

We may modify features when reasonably necessary to improve, maintain, secure, operate, or develop ReBuilt.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ReBuilt when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, geographic restriction violations, or nonpayment of applicable fees.

You may stop using ReBuilt or cancel your subscription according to the applicable cancellation procedures.

16. Assumption of Risk

Exercise, physical activity, dietary changes, weight-loss efforts, and other health-related activities involve risks that vary from person to person.

By using ReBuilt, you acknowledge that you are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and for deciding whether an exercise, workout, food choice, nutrition approach, goal, activity, or ReBuilt Coach suggestion is appropriate for you.

You voluntarily assume the risks associated with activities and decisions you choose to undertake based on information available through ReBuilt, subject to rights and protections that cannot legally be waived.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReBuilt is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that ReBuilt will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for every person's individual circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific weight-loss, health, fitness, strength, nutritional, mobility, body-composition, or other outcome.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nelson Tech LLC, ReBuilt, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of ReBuilt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReBuilt and Nelson Tech LLC are not responsible or liable for injury, illness, worsening of a condition, property damage, financial loss, or other harm resulting from a user's decision to follow, rely upon, modify, or act upon information or suggestions provided by ReBuilt or ReBuilt Coach.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

19. No Emergency Services

ReBuilt and ReBuilt Coach are not emergency services.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

Do not wait for a response from ReBuilt Coach in an emergency.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ReBuilt changes or as legal, operational, security, or business requirements develop.

When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
