Subscription & Cancellation

1. Paid Subscriptions

Certain ReBuilt features may require a paid subscription.

The applicable price, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, promotional terms, and other purchase details will be displayed before you complete a paid subscription.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to pay the amount shown at the time of purchase according to the billing terms disclosed to you.

2. United States-Only Subscriptions

ReBuilt is currently offered only to residents of the United States who are accessing the service from within the United States.

Paid subscriptions are currently available only to eligible United States users.

We may require a United States billing address, United States payment method, billing-country confirmation, account information, network information, or other reasonable information to confirm subscription eligibility.

You may not use false billing information, false residency information, a VPN, proxy, or other method intended to circumvent ReBuilt's geographic availability restrictions.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a ReBuilt subscription.

4. Recurring Billing

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid ReBuilt subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal at the then-applicable subscription price, subject to any valid promotional or grandfathered pricing that applies to your account.

Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it according to the cancellation method available to you.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

If you purchase a monthly subscription, your subscription will generally renew each month on or near the date corresponding to your original purchase date.

Billing dates may vary slightly because of calendar differences, payment processing, technical circumstances, or payment-provider practices.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

ReBuilt may occasionally offer free trials, introductory periods, promotional pricing, or other temporary offers.

The specific terms presented with the offer control that promotion, including:

• The length of the free or promotional period
• Who is eligible for the offer
• The price that applies after the promotional period
• Whether the offer converts automatically into a paid subscription
• Any cancellation deadline necessary to avoid a charge

If a promotion states that a paid subscription will begin automatically after the trial or promotional period, your payment method may be charged unless you cancel before the stated conversion date.

Promotional offers may be limited to certain users and may be changed or discontinued for future users at any time.

7. Founding Member and Grandfathered Pricing

ReBuilt may offer certain early users, testers, founding members, or other qualifying users special subscription pricing.

When an offer specifically states that a user will retain a founding or grandfathered subscription price while the subscription remains continuously active, ReBuilt will honor that stated offer subject to its terms.

Unless otherwise stated, founding or grandfathered pricing may be lost if:

• The subscription is canceled
• The subscription expires
• Payment fails and the subscription terminates
• The account is deleted
• The user otherwise stops maintaining continuous eligibility

If a former subscriber later returns, the current subscription price may apply instead of the previous promotional or founding price.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a ReBuilt subscription at any time using the cancellation method available through your ReBuilt account, payment provider, or other instructions supplied with your subscription.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation does not immediately end access to paid features. You may continue using those features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

To avoid a future renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed.

9. No Partial-Month Credits

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by ReBuilt, canceling a subscription before the end of a paid billing period does not create a prorated refund or account credit for unused days.

10. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where ReBuilt expressly agrees to provide one.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged after a properly completed cancellation, charged an incorrect amount, or otherwise experienced a billing problem, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so the transaction can be reviewed.

Approved refunds, when available, may take additional time to appear depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

11. Failed or Declined Payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to paid features may continue temporarily while payment is retried, or paid access may be restricted until payment is successfully completed.

ReBuilt or its payment provider may make reasonable attempts to retry a failed payment.

A subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be completed after reasonable attempts.

Loss of a subscription because of failed payment may also result in loss of promotional, founding, or grandfathered pricing unless otherwise stated.

12. Price Changes

ReBuilt may change subscription prices for future purchases or renewals.

When required by applicable law or payment-provider rules, existing subscribers will receive notice before a price change applies to a future renewal.

If you do not want to continue at a new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Valid founding-user or grandfathered pricing commitments may be treated differently when specifically promised as part of an offer.

13. Feature Changes

ReBuilt will continue to evolve. Features may be added, modified, reorganized, improved, replaced, or discontinued.

Subscription pricing reflects access to the paid ReBuilt service as offered during the applicable subscription period and does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

We will not intentionally charge users for a materially different paid product without reasonable disclosure of the applicable purchase terms.

14. Account Deletion Is Not Always the Same as Cancellation

Deleting a ReBuilt account and canceling a paid subscription may be separate actions depending on the payment method or payment provider used.

If your subscription is managed by an independent payment provider, deleting your ReBuilt account may not automatically instruct that provider to cancel future billing.

When applicable, cancel your paid subscription before deleting your ReBuilt account to ensure future recurring charges are stopped.

If ReBuilt provides a combined cancellation-and-deletion process in the future, the instructions displayed at that time will govern that process.

15. Third-Party Payment Providers

ReBuilt subscription payments may be processed through an independent payment provider.

Payment providers may have additional terms governing payment methods, billing authorization, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or payment processing.

ReBuilt does not directly control the internal processing times, security procedures, or banking systems used by independent payment providers.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a ReBuilt charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary restriction or suspension of paid access while the transaction is investigated.

Nothing in this section limits any lawful right you may have to dispute a payment.

17. Taxes

Subscription prices may be subject to sales tax or other applicable taxes depending on your location and applicable law.

Any applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at the time of payment.

18. Changes to This Policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy may be updated as ReBuilt develops or as subscription practices, prices, payment providers, legal requirements, or business operations change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
